Psalm 33: 4-8

4 For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. 5 He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord.

6 By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and all their host by the breath of his mouth. 7 He gathered the waters of the sea as in a bottle; he put the deeps in storehouses.

8 Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

WOW - I know this picture. In my memory, I did not associate this painting with the Nativity or Vincent van Gogh with Christianity. I am going to have to return to learning about Van Gogh with faithful eyes seeking the righteousness of God in 1889. So where will I see God's beauty today? I will see it everywhere, in everything, in my every breath. Sadly, in 99% of the things I see today my routines and abundant blessings will blind me to Emmanul, God with us; but I trust God will reveal His beauty, His righteousness, His love for me at His appointed place and my appointed time. Praise be to God. Amen.
